Systems Engineering and Management
Technology Associates has a systems engineering capability to assist the customer’s organization with management, SETA services, information security, and training.
TA provides general project and task management services to our customers. Our staff members are often in leadership positions even when TA employees comprise a small fraction of the total project staff. We also provide facility management services for a high-visibility Intelligence Community organization. We have assisted the customer with both modernization of existing facilities and with planning for an entire new facility.
Technology Associates provides SETA support for high-risk or technically advanced customer projects. We don’t provide glorified secretarial or administrative services. Rather, TA staff members help the customer with concept development, engineering review, and quality assurance functions for mission-critical programs and operations.
We supply INFOSEC services for several important community-wide information sharing projects. Our engineers understand and implement DCID regulations in complex, multi-level secure environments, and help our customers work through the conflicts posed by the mandate to share data and the requirements of the need-to-know principle. TA staff have CISSP credentials and appropriate customer-specific INFOSEC certifications and training.
TA provides training courses in commercial technology areas or for highly-specialized program-specific tools. This can be the modification of existing vendor courses for delivery directly to our customers, or the production of a new course when commercial training is either not available or convenient.
