Technology Associates was established in 1990 as an independent contracting firm. The company began hiring employees in 1996, and remained at less than a dozen employees through 2002. Since then, Technology Associates has embarked on a path of conservative but steady growth. The company has recruited employees through word-of-mouth and personal recommendations only, which has allowed us to maintain Technology Associates’ reputation for high professional standards, quality services, and absolute integrity.
Our staff consists of recognized experts in their fields. For example, Matt Holmes authored an O’Reilly book on PDA software development, and Jacquie Barker has had multiple books published on object-oriented technology, C#, and Java. Several of our engineers joined us after working at vendors such as Sun Microsystems, Oracle, and Sybase.
The Technology Associates staff provides technical expertise and creative solutions to resolve challenging customer requirements. Team members are constantly working with leading-edge technologies that provide our clients with superior, innovative solutions. We look for employees that are interested in challenging themselves in pursuit of furthering technical growth.
Technology Associates staff can be engaged through over 20 contract vehicles including several classified IDIQ vehicles. In addition, we have teaming agreements and contracts with major US defense consulting firms, such as SAIC, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Titan/L3, CACI, ManTech, and many others.
