Technology Associates ended the 2007 calendar year with revenues of $15.6 million. This represents a
9% growth over the $14.3 million of the prior year.

October 1, 2007 - Henry J. Dudek promoted to Vice President of Corporate Operations.
|
|
Henry joined Technology Associates in 2003 as a senior software engineer and rapidly transitioned to Director of
Corporate Operations, a role that allowed TA to leverage his accounting and finance skills. These talents,
combined with his attention to detail, are seeing TA through our day to day operations. This promotion recognizes
Henry's increased responsibilities and outstanding performance.

September 17, 2007 - For the second year in a row, Technology Associates is named to Washington Technology's Fast 50.

Technology Associates was named to the Washington Technology's
2007 Fast 50 list.
This is the second year in a row that TA has made the list which recognizes some of the most successful companies in the government
market. The small businesses on this list have experienced phenomenal growth over the past five years.
The Fast 50 companies are ranked on how fast their government revenues grew from 2002 through 2006.

June 15, 2007 - Technology Associates holds an Open House
|

To celebrate the opening of our new Corporate Headquarters, Technology Associates hosted
an Open House Reception that included approximately 200 guests. Preston Harrelle, President of Technology Associates, stated that "The reception was an opportunity
for us to thank our customers, partners, and employees for our past successes and to share with them our plans and
visions for the future." TA's management team conducted tours of the new Headquarters to a constant stream of
visitors. Catered refreshments and hors d'oeuvres were provided.

Technology Associates has relocated to its new corporate headquarters in suite 650 on the top floor of the Commerce Executive Park IV
building in Reston, Virginia. This building is situated in a quiet campus
setting in the heart of Reston. Located along the Dulles Access Road, the building is minutes from
Dulles International Airport, the Fairfax County Parkway, I-495 and Tysons Corner.

November 22, 2006 - Technology Associates signs seven year lease for new corporate headquarters.

Technology Associates has leased 6,195 square feet of office space on the top floor of the Commerce Executive Park IV
building in Reston, Virginia. This building is situated in a quiet campus setting in the heart of Reston. Located along the
Dulles Access Road, the building is minutes from Dulles International
Airport, the Fairfax County Parkway, I-495 and Tysons Corner.
Our expected occupancy is March 1, 2007.

October 1, 2006 - Matthew J. Holmes promoted to Vice President of Engineering
|

Matt joined Technology Associates in May 2003 as a Senior Software Engineer. While a fulltime technical performer,
Matt made significant contributions expanding our customer base and our affiliations with other firms.
In recognition of this, Matt was promoted to Director in October of 2004. As Vice President, Matt will
focus on establishing new business and strengthening existing relationships.
