Medical and Dental
Technology Associates provides top-quality medical and dental insurance coverage to each employee and their family members. The medical plan is Anthem Lumenos HSA (Blue Cross/Blue Shield); this plan includes a prescription drug benefit. The dental plan is MetLife, which covers all dental services including orthodontics. Both medical and dental are PPO plans, offering out-of-network coverage.
Technology Associates pays the full cost of these policies for each employee and their family members.

Vision
Technology Associates provides two vision benefit plans: VisionSavings network through MetLife, and Blue View Vision plan through Anthem. Both plans provide discounted optometry services, including eye examinations, lenses and frames, and contact lenses. These services are provided by an extensive network of participating vision care specialists, including optometrists and retail outlets. Mail-order contact lenses and reduced-fee corrective surgery are available through both plans.
