Leave
Technology Associates offers its employees a generous annual leave policy, to be used for personal time off or for sick days. Each full-time employee earns one day of leave per pay period; there are 24 pay periods in a year. Note that while on leave status, an employee continues to accumulate leave.
At Technology Associates, employees start building leave on their first day with the company. Accumulated leave balances may be carried between calendar years. Once a year, any employee can request a lump-sum payment for any leave amount over 20 days (160 hours).
