Life Insurance
Life insurance is provided by Technology Associates in the amount of 1.5 times annual salary. No medical examination is necessary.
Disability Insurance
Both short- and long-term disability insurance is provided for all employees.
Short-term disability Days 7-90 (5 working days) are covered at 60% of salary.
Long-term disability the employee is paid 60% of their annual salary (tax-free). This coverage begins on day 91 and is good for the duration of the disability or until age 65.
The plan also provides an option for increased Long-term coverage at 66 2/3 % of the employee's salary.
