Flexible Spending
Technology Associates provides a flexible-spending account to allow employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for certain un-reimbursed medical, dental, and vision expenses. The plans also provides a dependent-care assistance benefit of up to $5,000 of pre-tax dollars.
These plans are administered by PayChex, and are paid for by the employee using payroll deduction.
